Brillat Savarin

It's so good, it's almost upsetting. Let it sit out a bit to get all insane and melty- then serve with a fresh baguette. Save for truly special occasions with truly special people. Rude relatives at Thanksgiving don't deserve this cheese. However, if I ever believed a cheese could make someone ascend to a higher plane- this would be that cheese.
