Tomales Bay Oysters

Pack a blanket, a cooler with ice, lemons, a small paring knife, an oyster knife and glove, a mini bottle of tabasco, a tiny cutting board and a few of your favorite beverages.
Grab yo' girl, put on some tunes and drive up to the Marshall Store. Buy a hefty sack of oysters of your favorite size, throw it all on ice in a cooler (with the lid open of course), and hit the road. Go south a bit down the windy road on the coastline. Find a view. Open the tailgate. Cheers to the first dozen! Take it all in. Then hit the road, call your friends to join you, light up the grill in the Outer Sunset, and grill up the rest of the oysters topped with some chipotle compound butter. Take a moment to be present while your friends start playing some live music and the ocean breeze floats across your backyard.
